Moxpal Finance operates an internal loan management platform designed exclusively for private and offline financial operations. This is not a public NBFC, bank, or government-registered lending institution. All activities are conducted strictly within authorized internal members only.

By using this system, you agree to follow the rules, privacy standards and internal policies of Moxpal Finance. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must stop using the platform.

• Private member-based financial recording

Note: This platform is not an online loan offering service and does not provide public lending or digital financial marketplace transactions.

Only authorized staff, branch representatives, agents, and members may access the system. Users are responsible for maintaining account privacy and passwords.

5. Restrictions

• Unauthorized sharing or resale of system access is prohibited
• Illegal financial transactions or misuse of data is prohibited
• Reverse engineering, copying, or code modification is prohibited

6. Liability Limitation

Moxpal Finance is not liable for any financial loss, system errors, data entry mistakes, or decisions made based on system reports. All entries are controlled by authorized internal staff.

Any external links included on the website are for convenience only. We do not control or guarantee accuracy or safety of third-party resources.

8. System Availability

We do not guarantee continuous, error-free operation. Downtime, maintenance and technical issues may occur without prior notice.

9. Termination

Access may be suspended or removed for misuse, unauthorized activity, or rule violation.

10. Legal Compliance

All users must comply with local laws and maintain ethical usage. Any disputes shall be resolved through internal discussion. Legal jurisdiction (if applicable) shall be local branch level only.
